Terms of Service

Effective date: 24 June 2026 · Last updated: 25 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tipsbyAI at tipsbyai.com (the “Service”; “we”, “us”). tipsbyAI is a publication: it publishes football forecasts and match analysis. It is not a betting site — you cannot place a bet, deposit money or play any game of chance here. By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What tipsbyAI is — and is not

Every day an AI analyst — an automated system built on a large language model — reads match data from a sports-data provider, checks recent team news on the web, and writes a forecast for a small number of football matches: the picks it likes, the probabilities it estimates, and its reasoning. After each match the forecast is graded automatically against the real result and stays public in the archive, wins and losses alike.

tipsbyAI:

  • does not accept bets or wagers, hold funds, offer odds of its own or run any game of chance;
  • is not a bookmaker, a gambling operator or an agent of one, and has no commercial relationship with any bookmaker;
  • does not link to bookmakers or earn commission from betting;
  • does not charge you anything.

Odds shown next to a forecast are the market prices published by bookmakers at the time the forecast was written. They are shown only so the forecast can be compared with the market; they are not an offer, and they may have changed.

2. Not betting, financial or professional advice

Forecasts and analysis are published for information and entertainment. They are opinions about uncertain future events, not advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to place a bet, a guarantee of any result or a promise of profit. Any decision you take on the basis of what you read here is yours alone.

A forecast that says something is likely can still fail — often. Past results, including the graded archive, do not predict future results. If you choose to bet elsewhere, only bet what you can afford to lose, and only where betting is legal for you.

3. AI-written content

The forecasts are written and published automatically, without a human editing each one. The AI can be wrong: it can misread data, rely on team news that turns out to be outdated or false, misjudge a match, or make factual mistakes. Sources it cites belong to their publishers, and we do not verify them. Grading is also automatic, based on results from a third-party data provider, and can occasionally be wrong or delayed.

We do not rewrite a forecast after it is published — the published forecast is the record. If you spot a grading or factual error, tell us at [email protected].

4. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service — or older, if the law where you live sets a higher age for betting-related content. Creating an account includes confirming that you meet this age limit.

You are responsible for making sure that reading football forecasts is lawful where you are. If betting is a problem for you or you have excluded yourself from gambling, we suggest you do not use the Service — see Section 11 for places that can help.

5. Your account

Forecasts for matches that have not kicked off yet are available to signed-in readers; everything else, including the archive, is public. You sign in with your Google account; we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We never see your Google password.

Keep your Google account secure: activity under your account is your responsibility. One account per person, please. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

6. Using and sharing our content

The forecasts, analysis, texts, design and software of the Service belong to tipsbyAI or its licensors. You may read them for your own, non-commercial use, and you are welcome to share links to any page and to quote short passages with a credit to tipsbyAI and a link.

You may not:

  • copy, republish or sell forecasts in bulk, or re-post forecasts for upcoming matches (which are for signed-in readers) before kickoff;
  • scrape, crawl or systematically download the Service, except by search engines indexing public pages;
  • use the Service to run a paid tipping service, or suggest that tipsbyAI endorses you;
  • try to get around the sign-in, break into, overload or disrupt the Service, or introduce malicious code;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

Team names, crests and league names belong to their owners and are shown only to identify matches.

7. Free service; changes

The Service is free and has no paid tier. If we ever wanted to charge for anything, it would only apply to you after you had seen new terms and expressly accepted them — nothing would be charged automatically.

We may change, pause or stop any part of the Service (for example how many matches are covered, or which leagues) at any time. It is a free publication and comes without a promise of availability.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that the forecasts, statistics, odds, results or any other content are accurate, complete or up to date, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from relying on its content — in particular for money lost on bets placed anywhere, lost profits or winnings, or indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury, and nothing affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

10. Links to other sites

The Service links to other websites: the news sources the analyst cites, organisations that help with problem gambling, and social networks through the share buttons. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. We do not link to bookmakers.

11. Responsible gambling

Betting can become a problem. If it is affecting your life or the life of someone close to you, free and confidential help is available:

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or harms the Service or other readers. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. Sections 2, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 14 continue to apply after an account is closed.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, signed-in readers will be asked to accept the new Terms before they continue reading forecasts for upcoming matches.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
